It sounds crass, but you need to know the numbers to avoid problems later. After all, as I have mentioned several times before this is an emotional time, and one less thing to set people off is good, especially if your matters of the wallet are at peace. Once you have your number, double check your wedding plan. Can you invite X people for X budget?
