Centre Park of West Chester is a venue in West Chester, OH a suburb of Cincinnati,OH. It is both a venue space and a hotel together, making it well suited for a 'weekend takeover' kind of event (which Indian weddings often are!)
It has a modern contemporary aesthetic and caters to large events. It has high ceilings, contemporary chandeliers and an outdoor event space.
The Holiday Inn hotel has 130 guest rooms and a welcoming front desk area so guest are always able to get directions on where to go. There is also a restaurant on site, Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Outside catering is permitted, and has specific pricing. Any caterer that is insurance and approved by their management is permitted (versus some other venues which have a strict 'only preferred vendors' policy).

The procession can start from the 'other end' of the parking lot. There is a red fire hydrant that could use as a starting point indicator. It will be easy for your DJ, horse, other item to be 'hidden' if you want to make your baraath entrance a surprise for your guests.
It is a straight, flat route from the 'other end' of the parking lot to the main doors. You can start all the way back or at any point in between.

There are two sets of main doors so a crowd of guests can quickly and easily enter after the baraath is completed. There is also a small awning - it can give shade to a select few.

If you wanted something with a little more green, there is also a sidewalk next to the lot which you could use if it suits you. There is a walkway from the sidewalk to the front doors of the venue space (this is separate from the front doors of the hotel).
Event space - The Davis Room at Centre Park of West Chester
This room has a pre-event entrance space (the vestibule). With French doors, it is ideal for 'making an entrance' in your chosen style. Doors are nearly opaque making it easy to be truly 'behind the scenes' until you are ready to walk down the aisle.

Garden and Outdoor Event Space at Centre Park of West Chester
The garden is accessible through the Davis room as well as through the event lobby area. The initial portion is covered, next is a garden pathway feel with a few bushes, and finally the open patio with a gazebo.

The gazebo area can be used for events, chairs brought outside and set up. The open patio portion can host a generous number of guests. Be aware there is no shade in the open patio portion (of course if there were trees in between, then you'd have obstruction to the view).
Cocktail Hour at Centre Park of West Chester
The cocktail area has extensive windows in the space, allowing in generous natural light. There are multiple small nooks in areas adjacent to the official cocktail area, so there is always space for guests who wish to step away from the thick of things.
Seating (tables and chairs) can also be placed in the cocktail hour as desired.

Ballroom - The Sinatra Ballroom at Centre Park of West Chester
This is a space of 8,000 square feet.

A special offering at this venue is that they have not only the 'standard round' tables, but also rectangle tables that are 6 ft and 8 ft long, so if you wanted to do a more unique floor plan, you have the resources already.

The bridal suite / wedding suite
A King room for one night is included as part of your event package.
To make the most of it, you can take that as a credit towards your room and upgrade.
The club suite has separate quarters for each activity so you have a good amount of space.

May I suggest the Executive Suite. This suite has a generous lounge area and group seating. If you have groups of bridesmaids, groomsmen, or family members getting ready together, this space works well for that. There is a separate bedroom and private bathroom 'inside'. There is a half-bath attached to the lounge area so everyone is well taken care of. There are also generous outlets for plugging in phones, hair straighteners, airbrush machines, and more. There are multiple closets to safely store outfits, and stow luggage. And if you add a photographer and videographer to the mix, you still can squeeze everybody in! All with a touch of extra comfort.

Overall this venue has all of the essentials of a South Asian wedding. There is space for each function, indoor and outdoor event space, outside catering permitted, and they have hosted South Asian weddings in the past.
