- We find vendors who match your taste, budget, and personality - and deliver as promised. Skip the waiting game and endless research
- A wedding typically has 10+ vendors. (1) Venue, (2) Hotel, (3) Officiant, (4) DJ, (5) Florist, (6) Caterer, (7) Photographer, (8) Videographer, (9) Hair, (10) Makeup, (11) Cake, and more.
- Planning your first wedding? There are a lot of things behind the scenes that you might not know. We navigate you through so your wedding truly becomes what you want it to be - an authentic celebration of you as a couple
- We watch the numbers... estimates, quotes, surcharges, tips, we track and manage it all
- We track your budget throughout the process so you always know where your stand
- From estimates to quotes, from contracts to payments
- Tracking your payment dates enables you to complete payments on time
- Although we cannot do some of tasks for you (try on your dress, decide who should give a speech) we guide and share guidelines, etiquette, and options to consider so you can make the best decision smoothly and easily.
- We oversee design of the event, encouraging the elements of your events to have a cohesive look and feel and theme.
- This plays a role in invitation wording and design, decor selection and colors, signage, and more
PHASE THREE - ExecutionTotal Care Coordination
- All Day Coverage
- On site coverage before, during, and after the event on the big day
- Coordination across all vendors
- Arrival times, tasks during the day
- Timeline for the day
- Play by Play (usually 20 pages) of everything happening on the big day
