- Personality
- Do you want this person to do the job? Do you get along? Do you find this person comforting, acceptable, reassuring or irritating, offensive
- This is is someone who will be along with you for a very important day, a day you will want to be comfortable and at your best
- Does he/she tell offensive jokes
- Do you vibe well, Do you trust them around your valuables like wedding rings, Do you feel relaxed around them or is there something that puts you on edge
- Directing Style
- Does the photographer direct the action, recreating moments to get the shot just right? Is that what you want?
- Does the photographer follow along and capture what he/she can as they go
