Approach
FULL SERVICE
  • It removes DIY planning and gives you professional planning. We take on the role of being your point person and manager of all things wedding with the exception of personal decisions. We manage significant leg-work behind the scenes so all you have to do is say ‘yes we like them, lets sign the contract’. You enjoy all the fun parts of the right solution delivered to your door! We also work hand-in-hand with you. We use routine check ins so we are all on the same page with goals and next steps, we are at your service. You are guided step by step through each interaction, decision, option by a dedicated and experienced hand. Your voice is always heard and advocated for.

LIGHT
  • It is insight, advice, guidance, sharing best practices, options and ideas as requested. (Clients then use that information during their DIY wedding planning) 
  • Oversight and guidance on wedding planning responsibilities
  • Day to day wedding management is the Couple's responsibility​​​
Meetings with Planner
FULL SERVICE
  • Weekly meetings with Planner and Couple at the beginning of the planning process
    • After all major vendors are booked this reduces to every other week or every month
    • In the final 2 months, meetings are every week to finalize details
  • Meetings with vendors as needed
LIGHT
  • ​Meeting frequency is at the couple's discretion
    • Planner checks in and offers routine assistance 
  • Recommendation:
    • Meetings every 2-3 weeks at the beginning of the planning process 
    • Meetings every 4-6 weeks after most important vendors are booked
Meetings with Vendors
FULL SERVICE
  • Planner guides, sets up, and attends majority of vendor meetings
LIGHT
  • Couple sets up and meets vendors independently
  • Optional: couple can use a consultation to have Planner attend a vendor meeting via phone or video

  • Budget...Planner to manage wedding budget - tracking contractual commitments, payment reminders, payment completion
  • Vendor Search...Planner to search, vet, acquire quote, 
LIGHT
  • Budget...Couple to track and manage independently
    • If couple opted for Budget Blueprint services, pre-made budget template is provided with that service
  • Vendor Search...Couple to primarily manage independently, Planner available to provide
