I offer a variety of service levels so you can chose which fits you best. Here is a look at each in more detail.

On Demand

On Demand planning let's you get help on that one question. It is perfect for today's modern client where friends and family may be offering input, but you need to know what works in reality, or you are struggling to find that one last vendor and can't seem to.

On Demand service is typically over the phone, with a flexible schedule, paid at $125 per hour with some discounts available. Remember the first hour is always free, so see what you can get in your freebie :D

Organization Assistance

  • Timeline creation for VIPs, Vendors, Guests so each person knows what is expected of them and is not overwhelmed with information. (what time is bride's hair styling? when are family photos? what time is the bar open? how many speeches and dances are in the reception program?)
  • Personalized budget spreadsheet to track expenses for multiple events, multiple 'supporters' and easy dashboard for review
  • Vendor Lists which quickly and succinctly keep all vendor information in one place, organized by event, and easy to share with parents, helpers, other vendors
  • Payment schedule and alerts. Including contract review, creating a spreadsheet of payments and due dates. I can also put alerts on your calendar so that each day a payment is supposed to be sent you have an alert that morning.

Monthly Check In

Monthly check in's keep you on track. Benefit from proactive, professional insight every step of the way. Stay accountable and springboard your progress forward with thorough reviews of pros, cons, and how to's. Take advantage of many of the perks of full service planning, without the hefty price tag. Be well informed before locking into a contract, know the full implications of a decision from an execution standpoint. Do you keep asking 'why doesn't everyone do it this way?' There may be a reason, and I can share that with you.

Check in's are typically one hour, once a month, over the phone. Frequency and timing is adjustable. Ideally these start after your engagement and guide your decisions on budget, location, priorities, timing, and execution.

Day Of Coordination

When you have it all planned, and need a clone of yourself to manage everything behind the scenes, I offer Coordination Services. You have put an incredible amount of time, energy, and resources into planning your wedding festivities. Now it is time to invest in its execution. It takes an experienced hand to take an event from good to great, and I happily offer my services to make your wedding events easy, smooth, enjoyable, and the day you have been planning it to be. This service includes final steps of planning as well as execution. This is a fully dedicated, personal, all-inclusive service.

Focus is given to:
Vendors Execution
  • Prior to the wedding, I confirm each vendor's expectations, deliverables, and arrival time for the big day.
  • Call each vendor 2 hours prior to their 'on site' time. (Example: I call the priest at 7am, Priest comes on site at 9am, Ceremony starts at 10am)
  • Field vendor questions on your behalf on the wedding day (Example: Is the bride dressed?)
  • Manage vendor payments and gratuities
Your Needs
  • One stop for any requests, updates, tweaks. (Example: Did your bridesmaid go into labor, I'll take her out of the lineup and announcements, Need to add another religious piece post-wedding, I'll tell your photographers, delay lunch catering, and have water delivered to your bridal party)
  • Manage your timeline and guide VIPs on where to be
  • Bridal emergency kit with extra safety pins, super glue, tissues, and more
My Contribution / Your TLC
  • Insights and options to make the most of your day during final weeks leading up to the wedding
  • Myself and my team to execute all of the details you have shared
  • TLC like making sure that the bride and groom have food at the end of the night (no more stories of 'I had so much fun but I didn't eat')

To assist with even organization this package includes:
  • Play by Play (approx 10 pages) This is the master document of every detail we have discussed for your event including the lineup of the bridal party, important photos, what song to play for your reception entrance, and that your cousin at table 3 is to be served a special meal.
  • Schedule for VIPs (one page) This tells your bridesmaids what time they should be there and where they are to go, among other details.
  • Schedule for Vendors (one page) This shows when vendors are coming/ going as a behind the scenes reference
  • Budget review of Vendors This ensures you are prepared for any 'day of' payments and all vendors have been paid and will be providing contractual service.

Coordination services include:
  • Weekly meetings starting 2 months prior to wedding day (approximately 8 meetings)
  • On-site walk through together
  • Staff to assist with execution
  • Event execution for the duration of your wedding celebrations. For all day events this means 20 hours of coverage (from 4am Saturday to 1am Sunday).

This service ranges from $3,000 - $10,000+ depending on your wedding details (such as location, number of vendors, guests, timeline, etc). Share your wedding details for a personalized quote.

*Coordination requires at least 14 days prior to the wedding day to give you full benefits.

Full Service Planning

We take care of it. We find vendors, manage your budget, coordinate the day of, and keep your planning process as easy as possible with our full service attitude and solution oriented experiences. Pricing varies based on wedding vision.
