If you've been planning on your own or with some help, you have seen that weddings are complex. They are a significant responsibility. We embrace that responsibility with open arms and an open heart and are there to collaborate and co-create the most amazing experience for the two of you.

Timeline

Doing the task:
  • Create a timeline based on general knowledge.

  • Create a timeline based on general knowledge, perhaps check with 1-2 vendors

Photos

Doing the task:

WHY
  • ​I am here to make sure vendors follow the timeline, that has nothing to do with managing photos. 
Good at the task: 
  • If you provide a list, I will give it to the photographer and encourage guests to participate

  • This is an important part of your wedding experience and we want it to go well, but we are not responsible for photos, that is your photographer's job. 
Total Care Coordination:
  • Pre event collaborative development of lists of photos for Portraits, VIPs, Groups of friends and relatives
  • Review photo lists with photo/video team to ensure adequate time
  • Review photo list with couple to prioritize special go first (pregnant, elderly, health issue)
  • Assign and work with couple's photo advocates so the right people are lined up for the next photo
  • Keep 'list' in hand and check off the completed photos on your behalf
  • Copies of list printed and at the ready for couple, photographer, photo advocates if needed
  • Review list on-the-spot with couple so any 'surprise' guests or last minute changes can be accommodated smoothly and easily
  • 'Hold This For Me' bag so your parents, wedding party, others don't have bulging pockets, glowing screens, and half hidden purses in your photos - we collect and hold these items during photo time so your VIPs are free to have fun (and not worried about leaving their backup shoes under a bush)

Payments

Total Care Coordination:
  • Pre event outreach to each vendor to review if any payment is due 'day of'
  • Summary to client well before wedding event including amounts and accepted forms of payment
  • Collect all 'day of' payments from couple first thing
  • As services are completed, we distribute payments and tips
  • Each vendors signs off on receipt of payment so it is tracked and clear
Why
  • Avoid the awkwardness of the couple being asked for payment and not having it
  • Avoid couple being interrupted at in opportune times (like while dancing to your favorite song) to manage finances
  • Skip the couple chasing down the 'responsible party' who is caring cash and checks on their behalf
